The Problem Can Get Worse

You see, the problem is often with the structural muscles of the body.
The issue starts when those muscles don't 'support' the spine. We sometimes challenge our spines...like when we swing the golf club or tennis racket too many times.
Even just moving items around the home or lifting things. We continue to put lots of 'stress' on our spines. But if the muscles that support the spine aren't in shape, we continue the stress the spine and can end up causing further disc degeneration, bulging discs or worse.
Everyone that has a spine should be doing these exercises and stretches, pure and simple.

Note: In some rare instances, surgery is the only answer. You should always consult your physician when experiencing any back or neck pain. Are the class exercises strenous?

Not at all. I've had all age groups take my classes. Men and women in their 40's through 80's have taken the class. Most all the exercises are body only. Only a few will have you use a very light hand weight or exercise band. But I've included several classes using nothing except you and a mat.

Should I do the classes when my back hurts?

There's a difference between chronic pain, and your muscles being in 'spasm.'
Most of my class participants experience occasional back pain or discomfort. That's why they take the class.
But if you've just had an episode or injury, and your back muscles are in spasm, you need to rest up and see your medical expert.
Once the spasms are gone, then it's a good time to begin with the classes.

How often can I take a class?

You can take these classes everyday if you wanted to. There's nothing strenuous about them.
Most participants take a class 2 or 3 times a week to maintain their healthy back.
But some even do as few as 1 or 2 classes a week, even only 10 to 20 minutes a week, and they maintain.
For your convenience, I have classes that are different in lengths of time. So, if one day you're pressed for time, you can choose just a 15 minute class. On another day, you can do 40 minutes or more.

Once I join the membership, can I cancel anytime?

Of course. You can cancel your membership at any time, there is no contract or obligation. When you cancel your membership, the system will give you access until the following billing cycle. (no refunds on processed payments)
