When you have nagging pain that's somewhat consistent, it's called 'chronic.'

And when you have chronic pain at any level, you just can't enjoy each day like you could be.

FAQs

I've been experiencing back discomfort for a long time, but nothing seems to help. How will your class help me?

I've heard this question quite often. You see, most people don't have serious issues. 
Many times doctors will recommend some short-term rest, perhaps some chiropractic adjustments, maybe some anti-inflammatory meds. And they always recommend some exercise. But what kind of exercise? And how much? That's what these classes are for.
We have to address the actual 'cause' of the pain. And what I found is the culprit most of the time is either or both, tight or weak structural muscles. And those are exactly what we address in the class. 
So, yes, you can feel better. That's why so many people get relief when they've taken my class.

I haven't exercised in a long time. Will I be able to do your class?

I regularly have folks in their 30's through 80's take my class. They all do great!
Some of the exercises are done from a standing position. 
We actually teach 'balance' from the standing position. 
Many people lose their ability to balance as they age. That's an indication of some muscles that need to be activated again. The rest of the exercises and stretches are done on an exercise mat. There is nothing hard or strenuous involved. 
All the movements are simple and basic.  
Basically, any healthy person with normal function can do these classes. You'll actually feel better and become stronger after only a few visits.

How often should I take one of the classes in the program?

You can do as much or as little as you like. My suggestion is that you do 10-15 minutes each day. Most people start feeling better rather quickly. Eventually you can do much less and maintain. Some folks remain pain free doing only a few minutes once or twice a week. That goes to show you how really effective the exercises and stretches are. 
There are multiple classes to choose from. You'll have access to all of them, plus, new exercises, information and videos I add.
Our bodies respond quite quickly to what we do. Meaning, our muscles very quickly adapt to what we make them  do. 
So, they get stronger and more limber very quickly and with minimal effort.

If I join the membership can I cancel anytime?

Are these exercises in your class safe to do?

As with beginning 'any' exercise program, you should always consult your physician before starting.
Unless you have a serious condition that would prevent you from mild exercise, any physician would likely encourage you to start one. 
While this is not intended to be a complete physical fitness exercise program, it will actually improve your overall level of fitness.
The purpose of the classes inside the site are geared toward insuring your spine and back get healthy and stay that way.

Can anyone else in my home use the classes when I join?
