When you have nagging pain that's somewhat consistent, it's called 'chronic.'
And when you have chronic pain at any level, you just can't enjoy each day like you could be.
Some simple things hurt too much. And so, you hesitate or can no longer, play golf, play tennis, pick up the kids or grand kids.
You start living on aspirin or medicines that only 'mask' the pain. You buy heating pads, ice packs and heat patches or lotions.
That's not living. Those things are band-aids at best. They feel good temporarily, but they don't 'fix' the problem.
We need to find the 'cause' and treat it. The band-aids are fine, but getting to the root cause is the real answer.
We need to address the real cause of the pain. It's most often 'weak' muscles and 'tight' muscles that need to become stronger and more mobile.

Most often, the pain becomes less intense and less frequent. And then for many, it just goes away.
